Starting next week, I’m very excited to announce that my show Candy’s Carousel will be joining the Karnival Radio family of shows. Carousel will air on the first Fridays of the month at 7pm EST. That’s 4pm PST or 12midnight GMT. The show will re-air on Sundays also at 7pm EST. You can tune in simply by going to www.karnivalradio.com and clicking one of the listening options at the top of the page. Also, if you want to listen from your phone, you can search “Karnival Radio” on most shoutcast compatible apps.
If you’re not familiar with this online radio channel, I’ll give you a little info 
Karnival Radio was started in 2002 and is based near Cleveland, Ohio. DJ Rage founded the channel and two years later began adding live hosted shows and now has a balance of live shows and pre-recorded shows. Karnival currently represents a wide variety of genres including gothic rock, ambient, industrial, ebm, post punk, witchhouse and synthpop among others. All the Karnival Radio shows are listed on the home page and there is a tab to view the schedule (times are in Eastern Standard Time) I will also mention that there is talk show on Saturday nights called “Discussion Roulette” where several of the Karnival “Krew” gather on air to discuss various topics.
All in all, Karnival Radio has a little something for everyone. How fitting that a show named Carousel should find it’s home at a radio channel named Karnival!
